T.K. Group was founded by two brothers, Mohammed Abu Tayab and Mohammad Abul Kalam, in 1972.
Inspired by their father, Mir Ahmed Sowdagar’s success, they maintained the trading business even after he passed away. However, they were still on the lookout for new business opportunities to serve the country better. Today, T.K. Group is one of the biggest conglomerates of Bangladesh.

Our Stories
T. K. Group of Industries began its journey in 1972 in commodity trading. The entrepreneurial spirit of the founder’s helped the business grow and new ventures were launched in manufacturing and marketing of consumer and industrial products.
In this long journey T.K. Group established more than 50 industries to serve the nation and plays an important role in the economy. As a part of this glorious journey this organization recently introduced a new business venture named T.K. Food Products Distribution Limited. The main objective of this manufacturing unit to deliver high quality products to the consumer specially in Bakery & Snacks line.
T.K. Food Products Distribution Limited, a manufacturer, packer, and marketer of cookies and crackers, operates with state-of-the-art technology and highly upgraded machinery to ensure superior product quality. Its manufacturing facilities are strategically located at Bazarbari, Balurghat, Bhaluka, Mymensingh, Bangladesh and BSCIC Industrial Estate, Patiya, Chattogram, Bangladesh, reinforcing its strong presence in the cookie and cracker manufacturing industry.
Apart from a large contribution in the domestic market with competitive price and quality products T.K. Foods vision is to develop the local commodity industry to international standard. In a nut shell achieving consumer trust through every single product of this company is the ultimate goal.
